Vanilla or Banana Pudding Mix
1 Cup
Vanilla or Banana Greek Yogurt
1 Scoop
Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 Cup
Milk
1 Package
Vanilla Wafer Cookies
Topping:
Whipped Cream

Directions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the milk and instant pudding mix for about 3-5 minutes. Add in the BeeMaid Honey, then fold in the Greek yogurt with a spatula. Lightly mix until a thicker pudding consistency is formed.
  2. Add in the protein powder and mix again until  the powder is fully dissolved.
  3. In a separate medium-sized serving bowl (or in individual glasses), add the vanilla cookies, followed by the banana slices in even layers, then add a scoop of the banana pudding mixture on top. Repeat this layering process until the bowl or glasses are full. Place in the refrigerator and let chill. For firmer cookies, let the pudding chill for 1 hour. For a soft cookie layer with a cake texture, allow the pudding to refrigerate for 3 hours (or chill overnight).
  4. Top with fresh banana slices and whipped cream before serving and enjoy!
