These Halloween Mummy Cereal Bars are a spooky-sweet treat made with just three simple ingredients — BeeMaid Honey, creamy peanut butter, and crispy rice cereal. Chewy, crunchy, and naturally sweetened, they’re finished with a playful drizzle of white chocolate “bandages” to give them their fun mummy look. Perfect for Halloween parties, school snacks, or a ghoulish homemade goodie, these no-bake squares are as easy to make as they are to enjoy.

Ingredients

Recipe
1 Cup
BeeMaid Honey
1 1/2 Cups
Peanut Butter
6-7 Cups
Rice Krispy Cereal
2
Bars of White Chocolate
1 Tbsp
Coconut Oil
32
Small Candy Eyes

Directions

1. Line a 9×13 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
2. In a large pot on medium-low heat, add in the BeeMaid Honey and peanut butter (keep an eye on the heat to ensure the ingredients don’t burn). Stir until the honey and peanut butter are fully melted combined into a smooth mixture.
3. Slowly add in the rice cereal into the honey peanut butter mixture and stir with a spatula until the cereal is fully coated and sticky.
4. Pour the coated cereal into prepared pan. Press down firmly with a spatula to create a flat, uniform layer. Refrigerate the cereal mixture for 1 hour.
5. Remove the cereal mixture from the pan and cut into bars. In a small bowl, melt the white chocolate and coconut oil together (put in microwave in short intervals to ensure the chocolate doesn’t burn). Once you’ve achieved a smooth and slightly running consistency, allow to cool for a few moments and transfer the white chocolate to a piping bag.
6. Add a small dot of white chocolate to the candy eyes and place 2 on each bar to secure them.
7.  Drizzle the remaining white chocolate across the tops and bottoms of the bars to give it the bandaged effect and serve!
