This version is gluten free, chocolatey and naturally sweetened with pure Bee Maid Honey, making it a feel good bake you can enjoy any time of day. 1.Preheat oven to 350F and line a 8×4 inch bread loaf pan with parchment paper.
2.In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas together until smooth. Then add in the BeeMaid Honey, vanilla extract and eggs. Lightly beat together with an electric mixer.
3.Once the ingredients are combined, add in the dry ingredients and mix together with a wooden spoon, then fold in the dark chocolate chips (note: reserve 2 Tbsp for the top of the loaf).
4.Pour the batter into the bread loaf pan and smooth with a spatula, ensuring it is evenly dispersed. Top with the remaining chocolate chips.
5.Bake for 50-60 minutes (or until a toothpick comes out clean from the middle of the loaf). Allow to cool on a baking rack for 5-10 minutes.
6.Slice and serve!
