Large Cucumbers (sliced)
2 Tbsp
BeeMaid Honey
2 Tbsp
Rice Vinegar
1 Tbsp
Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp
Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp
Sesame Oil
1 Tsp
Red Pepper Flakes
1 Tsp
Minced Ginger
1/4 Tsp
Salt and Pepper
1/4 Cup
Peanuts (chopped)
Garnish:
Sesame Seeds and Green Onion

Directions

  1. Cut the cucumbers into thin slices and place in a large bowl. Add the salt and pepper on top and set aside for approximately 10-15 minutes.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix together the BeeMaid Honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, pepper flakes, garlic and ginger.
  3. Pour the salad dressing mixture on top of the cucumbers and toss with salad tongs to coat evenly. Let refrigerate for 20 minutes, allowing the cucumbers to marinate.
  4. Top with freshly chopped green onion, sesame seeds and the chopped peanuts. Enjoy!

Note: Pair with noodles, rice bowls or tuna bowls for a flavourful meal.
