Our Honey Dill Pickle Cottage Cheese Dip is a healthier twist on your classic chips and dip, delivering all the flavour you love in a lighter, protein-packed version. Zesty dill pickles and pure BeeMaid Honey create the perfect balance of sweet and savoury, making every bite irresistibly tasty. Packed with protein from creamy cottage cheese, it’s the perfect guilt-free snack for game days, after school, or hosting friends and family. Quick to whip up and delicious with chips, crackers, or fresh veggies, this dip proves healthy snacking can be just as indulgent as the traditional favourites.

Ingredients

Cottage Cheese Dip
1 1/2 Cup
Cottage Cheese
1/2 Cup
Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp
BeeMaid Honey
3 Tbsp
Pickle Brine (from jar)
1-2 Tbsp
Fresh Dill (finely chopped)
1/2 Tsp
Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp
Salt and Pepper
1 1/2 Tsp
Dijon Mustard
1/2 Cup
Dill Pickles (finely chopped)
Garnish
1/4 Cup
Dill Pickles (finely chopped)
Pinch
Black Pepper
1 Tsp
Fresh Dill Sprigs

Directions

1.Blend the cottage cheese in a blender or food processor until smooth, ensuring that no chunks are present.

2. Add the mixture to a medium bowl and then add in the mayo. Stir until combined. Then add in 1/2 cup of chopped pickles and pickle brine. Mix thoroughly with a spatula until the consistency is smooth and the liquid is no longer present.

3. Add in the BeeMaid Honey, Dijon mustard, fresh dill, salt, pepper and onion powder and mix again. Reserve 1 Tbsp of the fresh dill for garnish.

4. Cover the bowl and let set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 2 hours, allowing it to thicken and the flavours to infuse into the cottage cheese.

5. Add the remaining fresh dill sprigs, cracked pepper and chopped pickles on top before serving. Enjoy with chips, fresh veggies or pita bread.
