There’s something about grilled peaches that instantly feels like summer. Their natural sweetness gets even better on the grill, pairing perfectly with salty prosciutto, peppery greens, and creamy burrata for a salad that’s fresh enough for a weeknight but impressive enough to serve when you’re hosting. Every bite is packed with flavours and textures that make this anything but an ordinary salad. The real finishing touch is the BeeMaid Honey balsamic dressing. Made with BeeMaid Honey, it brings just the right balance of sweetness and tang to complement the smoky peaches while tying together the rich, creamy burrata and savoury prosciutto. It’s a simple, fresh salad that looks beautiful on the table and tastes every bit as good as it looks.

Ingredients

Honey Balsamic Dressing
1 1/2 Tbsp
BeeMaid Honey
2 Tbsp
Balsamic Vinegar
3 Tbsp
Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp
Minced Garlic
1/2 Tsp
Red Chili Flakes
Burrata Salad
1 Ball
Burrata
2
Large Peaches (pitted and sliced)
1 Cup
Arugula
2 Tbsp
Pine nuts or walnuts
5-6 Slices
Prosciutto
1/4 Cup
Cherry Tomatoes (sliced)
Garnish:
Black Pepper
Optional:
Serve with a toasted baguette

Directions

  1. Add the BeeMaid Honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic and chili flakes together in a mason jar. Seal lid and shake well until the ingredients are combined.
  2. Slice the peaches and brush lightly with olive oil. Prepare a griddle or cast iron pan with 1/2 Tsp of oil on medium high heat. Place the peaches on the griddle and cook until slightly charred on each side.

Salad Assembly:

  1. Place the arugula on a large serving plate.
  2. Option 1: Scatter pieces of the prosciutto and peaches over top. Then pull apart the burrata and scatter small pieces of the cheese on top.
  3. Option 2: Place the full burrata on top of the arugula and scatter the prosciutto and peach pieces around it. Slice the top of the burrata to create a dipping centre.
  4. Spoon the honey balsamic dressing on top of the salad and garnish with the pine nuts.
  5. Serve salad on its own or with toasted baguettes. Enjoy!
