Start Halloween morning with a breakfast that’s equal parts spooky and delicious! These Spider Smoothie Bowls are made with juicy berries, creamy yogurt and BeeMaid Honey for a naturally sweetened breakfast the whole family will love. Blended until smooth and topped with a fun spiderweb design, they’re an easy way to bring a little Halloween magic to the breakfast table.

Ingredients

Smoothie Bowl
2 Tbsp
BeeMaid Honey
1 1/3 cup
Blueberries (frozen)
2
bananas (frozen)
3/4 cup
blackberries
3/4 Cup
Greek Yogurt
1
Kiwi
Materials:
Piping Bag
Plastic Spiders

Directions

  1. Reserve 1/3 cup of the blueberries and a handful of the blackberries. Set aside in the fridge.
  2. Reserve 1/4 cup of the Greek yogurt and set aside.
  3. Add the frozen banana, remaining  blueberries, blackberries, BeeMaid Honey and remaining yogurt to a blender. Blend on medium speed until thick and creamy and no large fruit chunks are present.
  4. Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
  5. Add the leftover yogurt to a piping bag (or plastic bag with the tip cut off). On top of the smoothie bowl, draw a small circle of yogurt in the centre, a medium circle around it, and one final circle around that. You should have three rings total.
  6. Take a toothpick and draw small lines through the circle (pulling from the centre outwards). Repeat this step approx. 6 times until you create a web pattern.
  7. Top the smoothie bowls with the remaining blueberries, blackberries and fresh cut kiwi slices.
  8. Add a plastic spider on top for extra Halloween fun. Enjoy!

Note: This recipe make 2-3 large smoothie bowls.
