1.In a blender, add in the blueberries, milk, BeeMaid Honey and vanilla. Blend on high until mixture is smooth.
2. Pour an equal amount of the blueberry mixture into two small glasses or small mason jars.
3.Add in the chia seeds and stir with a spoon, ensuring the seeds are fully submerged. Allow to sit for 3-5 minutes then stir again to break up any clumps. (Note: for a thicker pudding consistency use whole chia seeds. For a creamier consistency, use milled chia seeds).
4.Refrigerate for 1-2 hours (or allow to sit overnight).
5.Top with granola, nuts or fresh fruit and enjoy!
