White Rum
1/2 oz
Lime Juice
1 Tbsp
BeeMaid Honey
2-3
Fresh Blackberries
4
Fresh Mint Leaves
1/4 Cup
Brewed White Tea (cooled)
1/4 Cup
Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic
Garnish:
Mint, lime and berries

Directions

  1. Allow 1-2 bags of white tea to steep for 3 minutes and let cool completely.
  2. Cut the lime into small quartered pieces and reserve a few pieces as a garnish. Add the limes, a few mint leaves and blackberries to the bottom of a tall cocktail glass. Muddle together.
  3. Add the BeeMaid Honey and lightly muddle once more. Then add in the lime juice.
  4. Add in the ice cubes, cooled white tea and white rum. Stir with a spoon and top with Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic.
  5. Garnish with remaining mint leaves, lime wedges and blackberries.
