Honey BBQ Shredded Pork

6 people Servings

Honey BBQ Shredded Pork is a tender, tangy, and sweet sandwich filling perfect for hearty meals or casual gatherings. Made with slow-cooked pork shoulder (or turkey legs as an alternative), the meat becomes fall-apart tender and is coated in a rich homemade honey barbecue sauce. The sauce blends ketchup, Bee Maid Honey, lemon juice, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, and spices, with the added depth of sautéed celery and onion for savory balance.

Once shredded and mixed with the flavorful sauce, the meat is piled high on crusty rolls or wrapped in warm flour tortillas for a satisfying and bold sandwich. Ideal for BBQs, family dinners, or game day eats, this recipe delivers smoky-sweet comfort with every bite.
