Our Creamy Honey Broccoli Salad is a flavour-packed side dish that’s sure to be a crowd-pleaser. Fresh broccoli florets are tossed with crispy bacon, toasted almonds, and tart cranberries, then coated in a luscious dressing made from creamy Greek yogurt and naturally sweet BeeMaid Honey. The result is a perfect balance of creamy, sweet, and savoury with a satisfying crunch in every bite. Easy to make and irresistibly tasty, this salad is ideal for healthy family dinners, potlucks, or anytime you want a vibrant, wholesome dish.

Ingredients

2-3 Tbsp
BeeMaid Honey
2 1/2 Tbsp
Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 Cup
Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup
Light Mayo
5 Cups
Chopped Broccoli
8 Strips
Bacon
1/3 Cup
Red Onion (finely chopped)
3/4 Cup
Dried Cranberries
1 Tsp
Salt and Pepper
1/3 Cup
Sliced Almonds

Directions

  1. Place the sliced almonds on a lined baking sheet and toast for 5 minuters at 400F or until golden brown in colour. Let cool and set aside.
  2. Keeping the oven at the same temperature, line another baking sheet with aluminum foil and place your bacon strips on top. Bake for approximatley 15 minutes. Let the cooked bacon rest and trasfer to a dish with paper towel. Once cooled, chop into fine bits.
  3. Dressing: In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayo, greek yogurt, BeeMaid Honey, apple cider vinegar and salt and pepper.
  4. In a large salad bowl, add in the broccoli, roasted almonds, onion and cranberries. Drizzle the creamy honey salad dressing over top and toss until the broccoli is fully coated. Enjoy!
