Directions
1. In a small bowl, mix together the cornstarch and cold water to create a slurry. In a seperate bowl, combine the BeeMaid Honey, garlic, ginger, chili sauce, chili flakes, soy sauce, sesame oil and brown sugar. Add in the slurry and set the sauce mixture aside.
2. Heat a skillet or pan on medium high heat. Once the pan is hot, add in 3/4 of the sauce to the pan and let simmer.
3. As the sauce starts to thicken, add the shrimp to the pan and cook for 6-8 minutes. Once the shrimp have reached the 4 minute mark, pour the remainder of the sauce into the pan, coating the shrimp fully. Once the shrimp are cooked (fully opaque) remove the pan from heat and allow the shrimp to cool for 5-10 minutes.
4. Wash and seperate the butter lettuce leaves and pat dry. Spoon 1-2 tbsp of the the shredded cabbage onto the butter lettuce and top with 1-2 Tbsp of the shrimp.
5. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion and enjoy!
