Cilantro Honey Lime Grilled Corn

Ingredients

  • 1-2 Tbsp. 
    Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. 
    BeeMaid Honey
  • 3 Tbsp. 
    Cilantro or Parsley (Finely Chopped)
  • 1/2 Tbsp. 
    Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 cup 
    Butter (room temp)
  • 4 ears 
    Corn (shucked)
  • JalapeƱo Peppers (Finely Chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp. 
    Oregano Leaves (Finely Chopped)
  • 3 tsp. 
    Lime Juice
  • 1/2 tsp. 
    Salt and Pepper
  • Lime (for zesting)

Directions

1. Prep and preheat your grill. Lightly brush the corn with vegetable oil and set directly on the grill at medium-high heat. Grill the corn for approximately 20 minutes, turning occassionally to ensure it cooks on all sides.

2. In a bowl use a spatula to mix the BeeMadi Honey and butter together. Continue to mix until fully combined. Then add in the lime juice, garlic, cilantro, oregano and salt and pepper. Mix again until all ingredients are evenly dispersed in the honey butter.

3. Once the sides of the corn are nicely charred, remove from the heat and place on a plate. Liberally spread the honey butter mixture on the corn. (Optional: If prepping ahead, place the corn in a baking dish and cover with tinfoil after the butter mixture has been spread).

4. Add the lime zest on top with additional salt and pepper before serving and enjoy!
