1. Preheat your girll to medium/high heat.
2. While it's heating up, halve your peaches and lightly brush the melted butter over top of them.
3. In a bowl, add 1 tbsp of the BeeMaid Honey, then add in your ricotta, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Stir together until smooth. Let set in the refrigerator until mixture is firm.
4. Places the peaches cut side down onto the grill. Continue to grill the peaches for about 3-5 minutes until they are warm and soft (or until grill marks are present).
5. Plate immediately and drizzle with the remaining BeeMaid Honey. Top with the ricotta mixture and sprinkle additional cinnamon on top.
