1. In a bowl, whisk together the almond milk and chia seeds until all seeds are submerged.
2. Add in 1/2 vanilla, BeeMaid Honey and matcha powder. Whisk again until fully combined (Note: we recommend stiring throroughly at the bottom of the bowl to ensure the honey is dispersed evenly.
3. Pour the mixture into a small bowl or airtight container and cover. Let set in the fridge overnight (or minimum 4 hours) until it is nice and thick.
4.Top your chia pudding with chocolate shavings, coconut, granola or nuts, plus a light dusting of matcha powder on top. For a layered effect, add a few spoonfuls of the matcha seed mix first then add a yogurt layer on top.
