Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup 
    BeeMaid Honey
  • 1/2 cup 
    Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup 
    Peanut Butter
  • 3 cups 
    Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup 
    Almonds (Chopped)
  • 1/2 cup 
    Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/4 cup 
    Hemp Seeds
  • 1/4 cup 
    Cacao Powder
  • 1/2 cup 
    Cacao Nibs
  • 1 tsp. 
    Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. 
    Ground Ginger
  • 3/4 tsp. 
    Salt

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 325F.
  • In a medium sized bowl, combine your dry ingredients with a spoon, (setting aside 2 tbsp of the cacao powder).
  • In a seperate small pot add in the oil, BeeMaid Honey, peanut butter and remaining cacao powder and stir until you've achieved a smooth, chocolatey consistency. Pour the chocolate mixture over dry ingredients. Stir well so that all the ingredients are fully coated.
  • Transfer the granola to a large baking tray lined with parchment. Using a spatula, spread granola out into an even layer and press it down with the use of a spatula. Note: if spreading in a thin layer, monitor in the oven to ensure the chocolate does not burn. 
  • Bake for 20 minutes, rotate the pan and and bake for an additional10 minutes.
  • Let cool and add to a jar. Sprinkle on top of yogurt, ice cream or oatmeal.
