In a medium sized bowl, combine your dry ingredients with a spoon, (setting aside 2 tbsp of the cacao powder).
In a seperate small pot add in the oil, BeeMaid Honey, peanut butter and remaining cacao powder and stir until you've achieved a smooth, chocolatey consistency. Pour the chocolate mixture over dry ingredients. Stir well so that all the ingredients are fully coated.
Transfer the granola to a large baking tray lined with parchment. Using a spatula, spread granola out into an even layer and press it down with the use of a spatula. Note: if spreading in a thin layer, monitor in the oven to ensure the chocolate does not burn.
Bake for 20 minutes, rotate the pan and and bake for an additional10 minutes.
Let cool and add to a jar. Sprinkle on top of yogurt, ice cream or oatmeal.
