Apple Crisp Breakfast Parfait

Ingredients

Honey Granola

  • 1/4 cup 
    BeeMaid Raw Honey
  • 1/4 cup 
    Coconut Oil
  • 3 cups 
    Rolled Oats (or Uncooked Oatmeal)
  • 1 tsp. 
    Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. 
    Salt

Honeyed Apple Filling

  • 2-3 
    Red Apples (Cored and Sliced)
  • 1/4 cup 
    BeeMaid Raw Honey
  • 1 tsp. 
    Ground Cinnamon

Directions

1. Line a large baking sheet with parchement paper and preheat your oven to 300 degrees.

2. In the microwave, warm up the BeeMaid Honey and coconut oil. Add in the salt and cinnamon and whisk together until combined. In a large mixing bowl, add in your oats and pour the honey mixture on top, stirring until the oats are fully coated. 

3. Spread out oats evenly on your baking sheet and bake in the oven for 35 minutes until golden brown.

4. While the oatmeal is baking, add in the BeeMaid Honey, cinnamon and apple slices to a saucepan. Cook on medium-low heat until the apples become slightly carmelized and soft. Remove from heat and transfer to a seperate bowl, along with some of the leftover cinnamon honey mixture in the pan.

5. Once the granola has cooled, you can begin assembling your parfait in small mason jars. Add a layer of greek yogurt, a few tbsp of granola and top with your honeyed apples. Repeat this process until the jar is full and add a final drizzle of BeeMaid Honey on top.
