1. Preheat oven to 425F.
2. Whisk together the olive oil, BeeMaid Honey, soy sauce, garlic and red pepper flakes. Add the brussels sprouts and toss to coat. Spread the sprouts evenly onto a sheet pan and bake for 20 minutes until crispy and caramelized.
3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.
