1. Preheat your oven to 375F.
2. Cut each of the Medjool dates lengthwise with a knife and remove any pits (Note: Do not fully slice the dates in half).
3. Using the back of a spoon, fill each of the open dates with the goat cheese. Place the filled dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, orange zest, organge juice, cinnamon, rosemary and salt. Stir together until combined. Then add in the chopped nuts and stir again until fully coated in the mixture. With a small spoon, add a small portion of the walnut mixture to the top of each stuffed date.
5. Bake the dates in the oven for 15 minutes. Once removed, let sit for 5 minutes.
6. Transfer to a serving plate and top with a generous drizzle of BeeMaid Honey before serving.
