1. Preheat oven broiler to high.
2. Using a sharp knife, remove the skin from the salmon and cut into bite sized cubes. In a medium bowl, combine the salmon pieces, with melted butter, salt, garlic powder, paprika and 1/2 Tsp of the red pepper flakes. Toss until the salmon pieces are fully coated in the mixture.
3. Add the salmon pieces to a lined baking sheet and let broil on the middle rack for -7 minutes until lightly browned and slightly crispy.
4. While the salmon cooks, prepare your hot honey mixture by combining BeeMaid Honey and the rest of the red chili flakes to a small sauce pan. Heat on low for 3-4 minutes, stirring together. Remove from heat and let cool. Add in the lemon juice and give a final stir until combined.
5. Once the salmon has cooked, remove from the oven and brush the hot honey glaze generously on top. Return to the oven for another 1-2 minutes allowing the mixture to caramelize slightly on top.
6. Serve immediately and top with a sprinkle of the chopped chives. Makes a perfect topping for rice bowls or salads.
