1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Cut loaf of bread into 1 inch cubes and set aside. In a small bowl whisk the eggs and milk together until smooth. Pour in the BeeMaid Honey and add cinnamon. Continue to whisk until fully combined.
3. Add in the cubes of bread and coat in the mixture. Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish, add in the soaked bread cubes and pour over any reminants of the mixture. Cover and let chill in the fridge for a minimum of 1-2 hours (or overnight if prepping in advance).
4. Remove cover and add in 1 cup of the assorted berries. Using a spoon or spatula, mix the berries in with the bread until evenly dispersed. Drizzle melted butter on top of casserole and bake in the over fo 30 minutes.
5. After removing from the oven, let cool and begin work on topping. Add BeeMaid Creamed Honey (or Raw Honey) in a bowl and sprinkle in ground cinnamon. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute and mix until smooth.
6. Top the casserole with 1/2 cup of fresh berries and add the honey cinnamon drizzle on top. Serve and enjoy!
