Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
| 2 cups | Whole wheat flour |
| 1 1/2 | Tsp baking soda |
| 1/2 tsp | Salt |
| 2 | Eggs |
| 2 tbsp | Liquid Bee Maid Honey |
| 2 1/2 | Cups buttermilk |
| 2 tbsp | Cooking oil |
Directions
Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt. Beat eggs until light; add honey, buttermilk, and cooking oil. Add dry ingredients gradually, stirring until smooth. Drop from a spoon onto a hot greased griddle and cook until top is full of bubbles and underside is golden. Turn and cook until other side is golden.
Makes apx. 2 dozen 5 inch pancakes
