Spicy Meatloaf

1 Egg
1 lb. Ground beef
½ cup Bread crumbs
¼ cup Chili sauce
6 tbsp. Milk
½ cup Finely chopped onion
1 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Pepper
½ tsp. Paprika
¼ cup Ketchup
¼ cup Bee Maid Liquid Honey
2 tsp. Dry mustard
½ tsp. Nutmeg


In a medium bowl, beat egg slightly with a fork. Add ground beef, bread crumbes, chili sauce, milk, onion, salt, pepper and paprika. Blend together. Turn into a greased 8x4x3 inch (1.5 L) loaf pan. Combine remaining ingredients and spread on top of meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius) for 1-1 ¼ hours. (6 servings)
