Slam Dunk’n Chicken Strips

*Serves 6*
1/4 cup Honey
1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce
1-1/2 cups Plain dry bread crumbs
1 lb. Boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips
Salt and Pepper
Nonstick cooking Spray


Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. In shallow bowl, whisk together honey and teriyaki sauce. Pour bread crumbs into separate bowl. Set bowls aside. Season chicken strips with salt and pepper as desired. Dip strips in honey mixture, then in bread crumbs. Arrange chicken strips on baking sheet; lightly coat with cooking spray. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with a favorite dipping sauce.
