3 1/2 Cups hot cooked white rice
1/4 cup Bee Maid Honey
1/4 cup Butter, melted
1/4 cup Chopped onion
1-1/2 tsp. Curry powder
Salted Peanuts
some Currants
Fresh chopped Parsley or green onions


In 1-1/2 or 2-quart casserole, combine rice with all ingredients except parsley; toss quickly and lightly. Cover and keep warm until ready to serve. Sprinkle with parsley just before serving.
