Raspberry Jam

6 cups Raspberries
2 ¾ Cups Bee Maid Liquid Honey


Wash raspberries; place in a large saucepan; mash. Bring to a boil; boil gently for 15 minutes. Add honey. Cook at a full rolling boil for 5 minutes. Beat with an electric mixer for 6 minutes at medium speed. Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal with a thin layer of paraffin. When cool, add another thin layer of paraffin. Cover, label, and store in a cool place. Makes about 4 Jelly Jars.
