No-Bake Apricot Cream Bars

Ingredients
| 1 1/2 cups about 9 crackers | Chocolate graham cracker crumbs |
| 1/2 cup | Melted butter or margarine |
| 1/2 cup | Creamed honey |
| 1/2 cup | Finely chopped dried apricots |
| 1/2 cup | Finely chopped toasted hazelnuts |
Directions
Line 8-inch square baking pan with plastic wrap. In medium bowl, mix together crumbs and butter. Press half of mixture into pan. Chill until firm. In small bowl, blend honey with apricots and hazelnuts. Spread mixture over crust. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Press lightly with fingertips. Chill until firm. Cut into 2-inch squares. Bars may be stored in refrigerator or at room temperature in airtight container
