No-Bake Apricot Cream Bars

1 1/2 cups about 9 crackers Chocolate graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup Melted butter or margarine
1/2 cup Creamed honey
1/2 cup Finely chopped dried apricots
1/2 cup Finely chopped toasted hazelnuts


Line 8-inch square baking pan with plastic wrap. In medium bowl, mix together crumbs and butter. Press half of mixture into pan. Chill until firm. In small bowl, blend honey with apricots and hazelnuts. Spread mixture over crust. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Press lightly with fingertips. Chill until firm. Cut into 2-inch squares. Bars may be stored in refrigerator or at room temperature in airtight container
