Honey Sesame Dressing
|1/4 cup||Beemaid liquid honey|
|1/2 cup||Vegetable oil|
|1/2 cup||Rice vinegar|
|3 tbsp.||Toasted sesame seeds|
|1 to 2 tbsp.||Grated fresh ginger root|
|1 small clove||Garlic, minced|
|3/4 tsp.||Sesame oil|
|1/8 tsp.||Crushed dried red pepper|
|Salt to taste|
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, oil and vinegar. Add sesame seeds, ginger root, garlic, sesame oil, red pepper and salt to taste; mix thoroughly.
Dressing may be stored in refrigerator, tighly covered, for up to 1 week.
