Honey Roasted Deluxe Nuts with Cinnamon and Craisins

3 tbsp (45 mL) Bee Maid Honey
1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
1/2 tsp (2.5 mL) ground cinnamon
1 1/3 Cups (325 mL) deluxe mixed nuts
1/3 cup (75 mL) Craisins


In a large bowl, combine honey, oil and cinnamon, whisking to mix. Add nuts and cranberries to the bowl and using a spatula or spoon, mix until they are evenly coated. Spread the nut mixture in a single layer onto a nonstick baking sheet or a regular baking sheet covered with aluminum foil. Bake in a 350 F (180 C) oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
