Honey Pecan Salmon

1/4 cup Whole wheat panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup Chopped pecans
2 tbsp plus 1 tsp BeeMaid Honey
2 tbsp Mustard
1 tbsp Chopped parsley or dill
3 (5oz) Salmon fillets


Preheat your oven to 425°F. Mix breadcrumbs, pecans, honey and mustard. Spread the chunky mixture evenly on top of the salmon fillets in a baking dish. Put the salmon in the oven for 10 to12 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.
