Honey of a Brisket
|3 packages||Onion soup mix|
|9 tbsp||Hot mustard powder|
|2 tbsp||BeeMaid honey|
|7-8 lbs||Brisket (roast)|
Mix first 4 ingredients together and rub into the meat.
Marinade for about 48 hours in the fridge.
Roast covered at 325 for approximately 7 hours.
Remove from oven and let stand until set. Then slice.
If necessary add boiling water (as needed) to meat juices to make more gravy.
