Honey of a Brisket

3 packages Onion soup mix
9 tbsp Hot mustard powder
6 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp BeeMaid honey
7-8 lbs Brisket (roast)


Mix first 4 ingredients together and rub into the meat.

Marinade for about 48 hours in the fridge.

Roast covered at 325 for approximately 7 hours.

Remove from oven and let stand until set.  Then slice. 

If necessary add boiling water (as needed) to meat juices to make more gravy.
