Honey Mushroom Pork Chops

4 pork Chops
½ cup Chicken broth
¼ cup Bee Maid Liquid Honey
¼ cup Soya sauce
2 tbsp. Ketchup
¼ tsp. Ginger
½ tsp. Garlic salt
½ cup Sliced mushrooms
3 cups Cooked rice


Brown chops; drain fat. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover; simmer 45 minutes. Serve over a bed of rice.
