Honey Glazed Chicken Wings

3 lbs Chicken wings
2/3 cup Light soy sauce
1/2 cup BeeMaid honey
2 tbsp Canola Oil
2 tsp Five spice powder
3 gloves Finely chopped garlic
Non stick cooking spray


Cut the chicken wings at the joints, and discard tips.

Place the wings in a large plastic zipped lock bag. Pour all of the remaining ingredients into the bag. Shape up the bag to mix well, and refrigerate for 2 hours. Shake occasionally.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Place the marinated chicken wings onto a large baking tray, that has been sprayed with non stick spray.

Place tray in the preheated oven, and bake for 1 hour, turning them over half way through cooking time.

Serve with a green or Cesar salad, and a nice glass of your favourite wine.
