Honey BBQ Sauce

1/2 cup (125 mL) Minced onion
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp (15 mL) Vegetable oil
1 can (8 oz.) Tomato sauce
1/2 cup (125 mL) BeeMaid honey
2 Tbsp (30 mL) Vinegar
2 Tbsp (30 mL) Minced parsley
1 Tbsp (15 mL) Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp (1.5 mL) Black pepper
Pinch Cayenne pepper


Sauté onion and garlic in oil until softened. Add remaining ingredients and bring mixture to boil; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
