Honey Banana Muffins
|1 cup||White flour|
|1 cup||Whole wheat flour|
|1 tsp||Baking soda|
|2 tsp||Baking powder|
|3||Ripe bananas, mashed|
|1/2 cup||BeeMaid honey|
|1/3 cup||Olive oil|
|1/2||Butter milk or soured milk|
|Chocolate chips or walnuts|
Sift together flour, baking soda and baking powder
Mix together eggs, honey, vanilla and olive oil. Mix in bananas.
Add flour to above mixture and stir together. Add milk to mixture and stir thoroughly. Fold in optional chocolate chip or walnuts.
Spoon into muffin tin lined with paper cups. Fill cups about two thirds. Bake about 12-14 minutes (until toothpick emerges clean) at 325F. Makes about 12-16 muffines depending on how big your bananas are.
