1 cup BeeMaid Honey
1 cup Packed Brown Sugar
1 cup Chunky Peanut Butter
2 cups Crisp Rice Cereal
2 cups Bran Flakes Cereal
1/2 cup Rolled oats
1/2 cup Rolled Barley
1/2 cup Raisins
1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
1/4 cup Raw Sunflower Seeds (Unsalted)
1/4 cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds (Unsalted)
1/4 cup Sesame Seeds
1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips


Coat a 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray. In large microwave-safe bowl, stir together Bee Maid honey and brown sugar. Microwave on High for 3 - 5 minutes, or just until the mixture begins to bubble, stirring every minute. Stir in the peanut butter and combine well. Add the cereal, nuts, sesame seeds, dried cranberries and raisins. Then continue to stir until ingredients well coated. Turn the mixture into the pan and press it firmly into place. When it is cool, cut into 16 equal sized bars.
