Candied Sweet Potatoes

6 sweet Potatoes
¼ cup Bee Maid Liquid Honey
¼ Butter
some Cinnamon


Boil sweet potatoes in skins until nearly tender. Peel and slice into a baking dish. Mix honey and butter and spread over potatoes. Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit (160 degrees Celsius) for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally so honey butter mixture coats potatoes.
