Brandied Butterscotch Sauce

3 cups Packed brown sugar
1 cup BeeMaid honey
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup Whipping cream
1 tbsp Brandy


Heat brown sugar, Bee Maid Honey and butter to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat; stir in whipping cream and brandy.  Cool

Pour into jars; cover tightly. Refrigerate no longer than 3 months.

Serve warm over vanilla ice cream. 

This is a great Christmas sauce that you can use for a lot of your baking recipes.
