Blueberry, Strawberry and Banana Smoothie

|300 ml||1% low fat or skim milk|
|250 g||Bluberries, fresh or frozen|
|125 g||Strawberries, hulled (optional0|
|1 medium||Banana, peeled, sliced|
|15 ml||BeeMaid honey|
|150 ml||Natural yogurt|
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Adjust the sweetness according to your taste, pour into glasses and serve.
