Banana Raisin Muffins

1 ¼ Cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. Baking powder
¼ tsp. Baking soda
½ tsp. Salt
½ cup Raisins
1 cup Mashed, ripe banana
¼ cup Bee Maid Liquid Honey
1 Egg
1 tbsp. Milk
1/3 cup Oil
¼ tsp. Vanilla


Combine dry ingredients and raisins. Stir together banana, Bee Maid Honey, egg, milk, oil, and vanilla. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients. Stir just to blend. Fill greased muffin tins ¾ full. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius) for 18-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 12 muffins.
