Asian Style Coleslaw

1/4 cup BeeMaid honey
1/2 cup Seasoned rice vinegar
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Sesame oil
2 tsp Ginger-root grated finely
1 lb Red cabbage (or your choice of green)
1/2 cup Finely chopped green onions
1 Large firm type aple, unpeeled, cored & grated finely


Make your dressing with the first 5 ingredients.

In a large bowl combine next 3 ingredients and pour dressing over salad and mix very well.

Refrigerate for at least one hour.

Add 1/2 cup raisins if desired
