Apple coleslaw

4 cups Shredded cabbage
2 tbsp Liquid BeeMaid honey
dash Salt and pepper
1/4 cup Mayonaise
1/4 cup Sour cream
2 Red apples
Lemon juice to stop apples from turning red


I cut the cabbage in small shreds with a knife as I feel it holds the dressing nicely without getting mushy. 

Cut apples and sprinkle with lemon juice for a few minutes.  Add apples to sour cream and mayonnaise and dash of salt and pepper.  

Stir in Bee Maid honey.  Toss dressing lightly with cabbage.

Chill at least a couple of hours before serving.
