|4 cups||Shredded cabbage|
|2 tbsp||Liquid BeeMaid honey|
|dash||Salt and pepper|
|1/4 cup||Sour cream|
|Lemon juice to stop apples from turning red|
I cut the cabbage in small shreds with a knife as I feel it holds the dressing nicely without getting mushy.
Cut apples and sprinkle with lemon juice for a few minutes. Add apples to sour cream and mayonnaise and dash of salt and pepper.
Stir in Bee Maid honey. Toss dressing lightly with cabbage.
Chill at least a couple of hours before serving.
